Vella Trading was set up by Mark Vella who started business in 1990. Initally we started off by selling general goods until we specialised in footwear, ranging from orthopaedic and Italian leather shoes, through to casual summer collections.
Vella Trading eventually became the sole distributor of the popular brand De Fonseca, supplying to various shops, boutiques, department stores and supermarkets in Malta and Gozo.
De Fonseca produces and sells around 6 million footwear worldwide, in an unrivaled range, made up of over 500 new models for each collection, designed to offer comfort and practicality on every occasion, at home and in life.
